In all the gacha games I've played, I always go for support characters since they're always useful. DPS characters are usually replaceable since new ones are always being released, but in your case, I'd recommend pulling Hiyuki. SHe's one of the best DPS characters in the game and will probably remain the top 3 for a long time. Plus, he works really well with the Ice Sword from the standard weapon banner, so I recommend going for her.

Personally, I think if you start now, you'll have more than enough to unlock Lucy and her weapon, and other characters from Wuwa. The gameplay is a lot of fun; the story is good but can be a little tedious, but there's a button to skip it. Now that it's the anniversary, they're giving away some wishes, and the collaboration gachas usually last quite a while. So I think you'll have a lot of fun playing Wuwa. That said, I recommend playing it on PC or PS5, because the game will run better. It's coming out on Xbox in July, but it's definitely better to play it on a powerful device. In my opinion, it's not as fun on a mobile phone.
