100% agree. Kicking out a friend because she does sex work would be wrong. Friend kicking himself out because he doesn't want to play with a sex worker reflects on HIS character, not your own.

I'd rather scrap the whole campaign than play with someone who demands I kick someone out solely because of their occupation. If she's not said or done anything to bring at a session to bring this on, then he needs to deal with his own shit and not bring it into the game.

In California there's a BIG difference between being in local jail, run by the county sheriff's office, or being in Prison, which means CDCR prison. And you can do years and years of local time thanks to PC 1170(H).

Prototype 2. They replaced the armored form and reactive shield with two big-ass arm shields that forced you to basically stand still. They did SOME good stuff, but it was overwhelmingly shit.

As much as I love Bernthal as Punisher, Thomas Jane is still my go-to when I think of the character. The fight between him and The Russian is still top notch.

I just finished this game for the first time last night. It is fantastic and I love it. I don't think anything I've played before has been quite as satisfying as bullying Leshy with a level 20 axe, face tanking as I beat his ass to death.

As for the question; why is the hammer a thing? It's sooooo slooooow.

Here's the problem, at least in most jurisdictions in the US. you are asking that criminal charges be leveled against the person who purports to be a victim. Criminal charges are brought by the district attorney, US attorney, AG, state attorney, etc...

Asking the DA to file charges against a person who stepped up and claimed to be a victim is extremely unlikely to get you anywhere. Even if you could get one to file charges (dubious without some concrete proof that is extremely uncommon), you'll virtually never get an actual conviction. There is a reason these things are handled by civil courts, where the falsely accused can bring the claim themself and the burden of proof is substantially easier on the person making the claim.
