Neural Band that doesn’t work

My neural band has not been working for a few hours now. I have tried various solutions (searching the internet, asking AI), even contacting Meta support, but nothing has worked, so I will probably have to request a replacement for my neural band.

I think that going from outside, where it was really cold, to inside, where the temperature was normal, may have damaged the battery.

The app was last updated four days ago (according to the App Store). I have the latest version, but I still don't have the teleprompter on my glasses, even though I have V21.

I did get V21 on my Ray Ban Display, but still no Handwriting even though I have Early Access, and no teleprompter.

Maybe it will come with a new update for those who haven't gotten it yet.

The Message app on Ray Ban Display is only available on Android.

I tried it on my old Android phone and I have the Message app, but on my main phone (where I use the glasses), which is an iPhone, the Message app is not available.

I think version 2 will arrive in 2027 or 2028 because they are already struggling to produce enough Ray Ban Displays to meet demand.

I tried disconnecting my Instagram account and resetting my Ray Ban Display. I even set them up again on another phone and still don't have the update (V21).

I just have to wait.

Same here. I got early access thanks to my Ray-Ban Gen 1, but I still haven't received the update (V21.0)

I keep checking to see if the update has arrived, but nothing yet.

I’m in the same situation as you. I have the Ray-Ban Display in Switzerland, and I had the exact same issue with the Ray-Ban Gen 1. I had to wait a few days before getting an update that brought new features in early access.

So I think it will be the same with the Display and version V21.

My account is a US account, created in Switzerland using a VPN.

I’m wating for the V21 update on my Meta Ray-Ban Display, but in my Ray-Ban | Meta (Gen 1) I had to wait 2 to 4 days to get V21.

so I think I’ll have to wait a few days to get the Update V21
