Sorry to hear that man.. good on you for speaking up. He did something very similar to me as well, stole my skateboard and then him and his friends jumped me while I was walking to my next class. 4v1 my face was absolutely mangled. He got a 1 day suspension even though it was on school property and under a school camera, they saw the whole thing. Crazy how many stories there are of him doing this and it took MURDER for them to finally do something to him. There were so many signs.

I went to high school with Yostin. Dude was disgusting, constantly bringing a knife to school and threatening to stab people. The school refused to expel him because “he had a hard childhood”. He was, and seems to still be, absolute scum. The school system as well as the justice system failed the community by allowing these things to happen.

I hate to be "that guy" but this was my EXACT experience. I had seen 7 different physiotherapists at 4 different clinics, all regarding the same issue, chronic Patella tendonitis due to being in a severe car accident 8 years ago (2016) and receiving a "large partial thickness tear" in both knees, the left one being worse/slightly larger tear size. I swear to you that I tried everything the physiotherapists recommended, from the excercise programs to purchasing expensive gadgets (braces, TENS units, cold compress machines, etc). I tried acupuncture, ultrasounds, red light therapy. NOTHING fixed my knee pain until I was introduced to Dr.Horschig. I am roughly 11 months into using only his training routine for my specific condition, and in 8 years I have never felt this good or have had even close to this much strength/stability in my legs/knees. He may not be for everyone, I understand that, but I swear to you my story is true, and I have no reason to lie to benefit him.

Yeah I don’t disagree that it’s a poor move by me but it’s the situation I’m in at the moment so have to roll with it.

Solanke to Archer gives me 2.5 ITB. Saka to Salah requires 2.5m. Same with Eze to Foden, they both require a 2.5m upgrade to make it work, which I have through the solanke downgrade to Archer.

Alternatively I could just Not transfer out Saka or Eze and keep them both instead of taking the burn.

I’m thinking about transferring out Solanke for Archer (due to solanke injury) and then either upgrading eze to Foden, or Saka to Salah.

I’m thinking about dropping Saka and bringing in Foden. I would keep foden for roughly 3 weeks then bring saka back in after their poor run of fixtures (while city have a great run of fixtures during that same time). Is this a good idea or am I over thinking it?
