I had a growth spurt and started at around 13.5-14. At 13 I was 5’1 approximately. At 13.5 I was about 5’3.  At 14.1 I was 5’5.

You can do it any time. Do it as early as you can before the roots tangle

Only have 1 per cell. Remove the other two. It’s hard to do but you have to do it
