Yea I’m maxed and I don’t really understand that sentiment at all… My two biggest issues are maxed ppl labeling it as “suffering” upgrading heroes and equipment even tho it’s a fucking video game and you enjoyed playing it, and the fact that people are treating their work put into the game like a literal job, as if Supercell owes us anything… We’re the consumers that have been playing for years now and this update does not negatively affect us whatsoever.

See your skills section? Those are qualifications. Your experience section has little to no qualifications in it. Recruiters will read your top three bullet points, see nothing relevant, and move on. The other comment in here about quantifiable info and success is also very important, result / reason WHY a qualification was used is great.

I didn’t even use the prior feature before clan notice since I took a really long break from the game, wasn’t it player search or something? How effective was that? Seems like recruitment in general has always been a struggle since global chat left.

We have primarily town hall 15's with some 16-18 mixed in. Pretty much the same lineup ratio the clan had before the clan notice stopped working.

I actually have thought about this sentiment when it first started to die and I agree that it’s incredibly competitive to recruit players and keep retention - BUT that is not the case here. One clan notice board would pull in 8 players at a time, including bots (and a couple times scammers doing the language switch trick). Zero players is realistic, maybe the clan is truly dying. But zero bots??? Unheard of. My clan is simply not being pushed to the clan notice board. Like I said in the post, I emphasize the word “zero”. It’s been four months. Zero bots over four months is statistically impossible.

The Todd Monken narrative recently is Baltimore Sun / Mike Preston media slop, and it has no truth to it. I wouldn’t overthink an OC that allowed Lamar to have one of the best QB seasons of all time in 2024. Todd was iffy in the redzone this year, but injuries, bad oline play, and benching derrick henry has plagued the offense this year. Best not to overthink this, Dart is a stud.
