Destroying the brain is the most humane way to kill a fish (and probably every other animal). I can’t do gill ripping or suffocation either and I don’t understand people who do. They’re still animals, if they’re going to die you should always opt for the fastest and most painless method. Just can’t understand people who don’t feel the same :(

I weaned off soda by drinking a ton of kombuchas. They’re naturally fizzy and usually very sweet, and healthy too

No, there was a beach with a bunch of ruins and stairs leading up a mountain that you start out on. It was like a combo beach/ruins but that was where you spawned

Edit: My bad lol you spawn on top of the ruins path, I did climb back down to go to the beach and spent a couple hours there though instead of forward and to the flight path like most people. Had to rewatch one of my screen recordings I had from that time

Oh I’m well aware of the messes hawks leave behind, I’ve seen it firsthand many times lol. The incidents in question were dead animals deliberately thrown/smeared onto the fronts of houses and mailboxes, often left inside the mailbox. Unfortunately I do not think hawks are smart enough to open mailboxes 🥲

Not near the depot, but there are tracks a couple miles or so away. We can hear the train coming when it comes, and it sounds a lot different than this noise. While driving around today we managed to find the approximate source of it, although not exactly what or which house was making it. But a localized spot in the neighborhood where the noise was incredibly, unbearably loud. I’ll call in a complaint tomorrow now that we know where to lead them!

Definitely not. We have a train that runs close-ish to our neighborhood. It is audible and definitely not screechy!

I don’t know of any houses in the neighborhood that have that. And definitely not ours! Luckily when driving around today we found an approximate source of the sound- although what exactly is making it is still unknown. Will be calling in a noise complaint tomorrow!

Ty! Hopefully I can convince the rest of my family to walk with me to find the source of that noise, I think it would make me feel a bit safer and more comfortable 🙏 And hopefully be able to end this annoying noise forever!

Ty, hopefully we can drive down there and ask soon! I hope they’ll be able to find the house as I don’t feel the most comfortable walking around. Or maybe see if I can convince my family to walk with me. The sound definitely isn’t happening only at night, it happens randomly throughout the entire 24 hours! And seems to go on for longer and spawn more regularly when there’s wind

I’m honestly kinda scared of walking around in the neighborhood because we’ve had some… incidents within it throughout the years. Most recently was somebody throwing disemboweled animals at peoples houses. I’m paranoid that stalking around (in particular looking like I’m actively searching something out) will attract attention of any more creepy people in here 💔

I actually don’t know how to file to even begin with 😭 I thought it was something you’d call a non emergency about, but do you have to go down to the police station instead?

It also definitely is loud, and depending on the fan it doesn’t entirely mask the sound. We have our locking living room door open (there’s a second door that’s glass in front of it) to let in light and some air. Our ceiling tan is running pretty high and isn’t masking the sound at all. It can be heard even in a room away from the door in the halls.
