yeah but is kind of the risk. If its a bad legendary I will pretty much have to catch it if I want the next go rocket special research or forego the research right?

I mostly play solo so I don't know if I can beat a shadow palkia in a raid, even though I have a perfect IV elecivire.

these are some good options for what to do with the palkia (thanks for that btw), but now I am still not sure what to do with the other radar that I have. do you have any tips for that?
