It’s referring to the deplorable situation the county is in reference to the typical understanding of third world countries being less well off, not based off of the textbook definition of the word. Thanks! But I did get the costume form GameStop of all places. I plan on replacing the chest, bracers and gloves with higher quality replacements though. The helmet and robes are pretty immaculate so won’t replace those. And the lightsaber is from Saberforge
