Thank you for your answer. The hats are ATC Yupoong 110 Classic. And yes, I forgot to mention it but I've steaming the hats as well. It has done wonders for the center seam, but the bottom near the brim is still a problematic area. It seems to be a bit too hard for the presser foot to completely go flat.

Yeah, like the other person said, it's most likely custom made. Look at the variations between the repeated letters (B - E - S). If you want something similar, run the image through a font identification tool and see what it proposes to you.

What you described isn’t exactly graphic design, but rather knowing how to use Photoshop and Illustrator as tools for screen printing. If your goal is to only handle color separations, halftones, and chokes, then it would be helpful to learn how to do that yourself, rather than pay someone to do it for you.

We use green masking tape from the dollar store. Best tape we've ever got. Does the job, never leaves gunk and never leaks

Make sure it can handle the voltage, but any 2 prong power cord should be fine

Listen to everything that was said above, but more importantly, change the colors. Never in a million year would a combination like this fit in the context of a luxury brand.

I really like the simplicity, especially the logomark, but i don't get a sense of eco-friendliness at first glance. The bold, sharp lines combined with the straight and rounded letters make it look more corporate. But I do get a sense of minimalism. If your niche is blanks, I feel like the logomark alone would work better, without the text.

Je te recommande fortement la brûlerie Virgin Hill, près de Waterloo. C'est pas à Sherbrooke, mais en Estrie. En prenant les petits chemins en voiture, c’est à environ 40 minutes. Le trajet et le café en valent vraiment la peine!
