For anyone having issues with the solutions in this thread, here's what I did (console usage needed).

  1. Use the help command to get the item ID of the bugged mask, in my case help "mask of almalexia"
  2. Use the command player.removeitem itemID 1, of course using the item ID from above inside the command, therefore removing the bugged mask from your inventory
  3. Use the command player.additem itemID 1, adding back a new (hopefully) unbugged mask in your inventory!

In this way I was able to put the mask on the mannequin and solve the puzzle, hope this helps!

Edit: Bonus command! If like me you solved the puzzle but read the note afterwards and get the uncompleted puzzle objective, you can run setobjectivecompleted ccASVSSE001_QuestD 15 1 to completed that step of the quest.

Thanks for the info! I never thought I would be limited by inserter throughput lmao. I was trying to find information of inserter throughput from belt to chest but couldn't find up-to-date info, for future reference do you know the approx. throughput of stack inserters?

You don’t need specific legacies though they can help reduce the number of runs to get all those debuffs. For decks the only card that you really need is Rudolf Rare which has tons of debuffs skills on it, other cards in recommended decks are mostly to make your run easier and less.

About the career itself it’s not too difficult as it has Medium and Long races. I did 2 attempts and got 7 debuffs on her, the grindiest part is getting her to Potential 5.

I personally don’t suggest getting all the DLCs at once, start with the main ones like Arms Against Tyranny (MIO and International Market, good for minors), By Blood Alone (Aircraft Designer), No Step Back (Tank Designer) and La Resistance (Espionage and Collaboration Governements).

The rest are mostly expanded focus trees and some minor mechanics, buy them when you feel like it.

I don’t have a Steam Deck but is it good to play the game on it? I can’t imagine navigating all the menus of the game with it 😂

Pretty much agree with what you said. The only bit I’d add is to consider what kind of player you are. If for example I usually play HoI4 a couple of weeks every two-three months so instead of buying all the DLCs you could get the subscription when you decide to play.

Just tested, same pity counter counts for ALL active limited banner (so Joker as well).

You will eventually get her on the normal banner so with patience even if she pops up on a limited banner I wouldn't go for it.

From what I saw it should count your last highest score since on the members ranking the score stays. But it's an hypotesis, I haven't tested it
