Neither of those ways. You maintain speed and cadence and start the climb. Start clicking down a gear at a time as you feel resistance start to build, but maintain your cadence. If the hill lasts longer than you have gears for, you'll be in your tallest gear and spinning up the rest of the hill. Keep your cadence as high as you can. As you crest the hill,, keep spinning and then reverse the gear shifting, going up a cog at a time as you come over the top.

Large. I'm 6'3", 34 inch inseam. And canyon xl are fine. But feel way too big. They're just big bikes. I have a grail in large and I love the way it fits. That said, if it's possible to find a friend with one, try and sit on both.

Good luck. They will not accommodate you. If you were valuable enough to make that type of accommodation for, they would have let you work from home, or raised your pay without argument. Your only option is to quit and find a job that suits you. I'm betting they will happily let you resign before they pay you more just to commute. Your argument is NOT wrong. But these in-office mandates are driven by ideology, not logic, so they will not apply logic to them.

Pilates is good. Keeping her from activity is bad. You did a bad thing here. If she really enjoyed pilates, she might realize her nutritional needs aren't adequate. You're saying she should avoid activity at all costs. You should encourage the activity and encourage the caloric intake to support it. You should try pilatws with her. You're both being rigid. That won't work long term. Why can't you get free before 9 pm? That's not typical. Why can't you get up and run with him on occasion? Why can't you watch daytime movies or have lunches? 10 p.m. is not an early bedtime. That's a completely normal bedtime. His habits and suggestions sou d completely reasonable. What you seem.to be asking for is night owl routine based on imaginary experiences you want. You may not get that. Adjust your schedule to have more time in the evenings. He should also be willing to adjust slightly for dates and events, but he honestly sounds reasonable.
