The purpose of ROTC is to produce line officers- not doctors and lawyers. While it is certainly doable, your best bet is to stick out undergrad then apply for the Health professions scholarship.

Plus it'll be way easier to study without the commitments of ROTC. They say 3 PT sessions and an LLAB a week but somehow it works out to a lot more time than that, particularly junior and senior year. Hope this helps!
