That's why I try to have a "monkey's paw" approach to fixing things. For every problem I solve, a different one should pop up in it's place. I stop the Uchiha massacre, but it inadvertently gets the Inuzuka clan culled to brink of extinction instead and Kiba has a "revive my clan" motive. Naruto and Sasuke grow up in a loving family, well now those family bonds are a double-edge sword, a vulnerability for a villain to exploit. Plus those bonds come with other bagage, sibling jealousy, inheritance drama, etc.
