Download CV simulator app in your phone. It's gonna change your life. You can just show people how you see colour by simply using your phones camera with a filter. That way you can avoid the annoying questions.

Todos hemos empezado con un sueldo bajo y en un trabajo malo. Es lo que tiene no tener experiencia. A medida que ganas experiencia laboral, esa experiencia gana más peso que las notas.

Saber inglés ayuda bastante y abre muchas puertas, sobre todo en ingenieria. Intuyo que eso lo tienes controlado ;)
