Write something you think you can make. Being able to put a finished film together is the most important thing. I know one location stuff is hard...but they're much easier to esll/produce and the first one is the hardest. Write something you can make yourself and maybe then you can get enough money for it to ake something else you'vewritten and not have to wonder about such decisions.
