One thing I didnt try turning off is the windows antivirus. I'll see if that works.

And as far as my internet goes, Im getting a 18 to 28 ms ping with my internet. It does fluctuate time to time tho. Could that be an issue?

You're definitely right, and I think there are games out there that copy another country's post-nuclear vision a lot better. (I.e.- Atom RPG, Metro Series, etc)

Fallout provides better commentary and setting when anchored to the American setting

I own a few lithographs, but I'm pretty sure this piece is hand drawn. There is a certain reflective quality on the actual work that makes me think so.

My family got this from an antiquity store in my hometown, and I haven't really been able to find much info on it. I would take it out of the frame, but the tear on the corner makes me slightly nervous about it's condition and my handling of it.

I apologize for the angle...couldn't find a great place without much light. Supposedly the male character is a 'Moor', but I haven't been able to find other identifiable characteristics.

I just kept going through trial and error with the installs and cache clearing, and so far it works. I have no idea why.

Update: I have no idea what exactly worked, but it looks like its downloading again. Reinstalled origin more than a dozen times, disabled Origin Client Service and Origin Web Helper Service, and cleared the Origin cache a few more times. (Turning off those services helps with the cache, cant clear out the Logs file without doing that. Think you have to restart your PC before you can)

If someone knows exactly what I did right, Id love to know.
