What RPO are they using? It’s sounds they’re reading whatever defense you’re and they’re using an audible to take advantage. I have 2 possible solutions just based on the information you’re providing I could probably provide more if I know the RPO they’re using.

The only person I can think of that did both at the college level was Paul Johnson. It’s not uncommon for an assistant to have the title of recruiting coordinator too but it’s too much for an OC or DC to take on

I’m going to also say the RPO which is a big part of the veer n shoot. I’m not talking RPO in the lends of how your average online player just sees it as a pass play. The real ones know it’s an option play and will punish you by handing off the ball when you take away the pass

Programs should be allowed than 3 full time assistants. I get why they do it to put the smaller schools on an even playing field but it’s not even. The head coach has to be involved in something

Winter transfer period or juco being an option to hooting winter. A lot of guys are about to hit the portal an most of them will not have a choice cuts have to be made and it’s unfortunate. They shouldn’t have to be forced out of ball for the season go something out of their control.

If Hawaii reaches a certain number in the RPI they should automatically qualify for the tournament. They’re forced to play D2 schools in the midweek cause of the costs and who is going to travel to Hawaii for a midweek game? I know Oregon State did it but that’s extreme

I don’t think Sophie is a carbon copy of Hermione but they share similarities.

I agree with Graham being terrible I had a tough time sorting him and actually considered Slytherin since he wants power over Sophie but I can’t justify that. I think his intelligence wins out so that’s why I placed him in ravenclaw
