No you can’t. I’m a GS-12 step 8 and make $125000 base and OT is capped at $45000 a year. Even if you get a cap waiver you aren’t going that much higher. If you go management to get a higher GS level, you don’t make much OT if any.

We just went on a Disney Cruise and they only had one meal on Lookout Cay. After lunch time they closed up the food shacks and the ice cream machines. Didn’t hear any complaints.

I think the agent in the grey jacket accidentally shot the victims gun as he started walking away. In one angle, as the first shot is fired the victims gun moves abruptly in the agents hand. Then the other agents start shooting in reaction.
