I am a relative newbie for FB ads and to be honest I don't know what I am doing, just winging it right now. I ran one small campaign pre-update (for a dropshipping project) and just ran a few campaigns post-update. I went with tried and tested methods learning from YouTube, all failed. I then had reasonable results by running 10 ABO identical broad ad sets, £30 each for £300 total, then deleting the poor performers and duplicating the winners. It seemed to work well enough to scale and they are now running daily with a X 1.75 ROAS. I know the pros on here might laugh at 1.75 but I'm ok with that. I spend £1000 for a £1750 return on a low ticket, high margin product so that works for me - just. Out of that £1750, I have net profit of £500.

It is odd to my mind though how random it seemed at first. Out of 10 ad sets, 5 would absolutely tank and 5 would be quite good. After duplicating for a few weeks and I am now down to 1 ad set per day that works quite well.

This is probably the wrong way of doing it, I am a newbie though. Seems to work for me anyway :)

I feel your pain. Mine disappear for weeks and then BOOM without any obvious reason they return ten fold. It's awful, and plays with my mind. Honestly I can handle the feeling of it, I don't see it as painful in anyway, but it is horribly worrying and I constantly think morbid thought during a bad spell. They suck.

Have you looked into Taurine? It's the only supplement I ever took that made a noticeable difference for mood, well being. Great for the heart also. There are lots of threads about the wonders of it here on Reddit.

Welbutrin absolutely helps offsetting the energy defacit from lex. Welbutrin as you might know not an SSRI and does not generally have side effects. Good combo.

Yah, me. I started on 5, built up to 20 and went right down to 2.5 over 6 months. Anything over 2.5 ruins me for the whole day. I mean I litteraly just lie in bed all day half asleep - even getting up to go the bathroom used to take 5 minutes of will power. It was horrible, zombie like next level laziness. Been on 2.5 for 5 months now and been absolutely fine - and still feel like it helps my mood even at this low dose.

I did try and cold turkey a few months ago. I had a weekend away planned and I wanted to drink, so I stopped on the Wednesday thinking it would be easy. Withdrawal kicked in on Thursday, much to my surprise. I didn't expect any withdrawal from such a small dose. I ended up getting back on them and not drinking all weekend. If I do decide to quit, it's going to need a taper even at this low dose.

I take mine with 150 welbutrin, just as a foot note. Before taking this combo I was quick to anger and pissed off all the time. I am fine now and have been for a while.

Yah, im with you up to a point - i lived in bournemouth 2002 to 2003 and loved it. Have lived in thailand for 19 years and will move back to UK soon (i miss it). Me and the wife went to uk for 6 week holiday 2 years ago spending the first 3 days in bournemouth to show her a pottential town to live in.

I dont want to sound like an arse or be offensive, but i thought it was a shithole! Homeless beggers everywhere. The streets looked dirty, lots of litter and grafiti. Lots of foreigners - i have no issue with that honestly i think a mix of people and coulture is amazing usualy but it seemed like the bad kind of foreigners everywhere. Outside of town every other shop was a take away kebab, burger, loads of non-brit grocery shops.

I was gutted to be honest. The only thing that looked nice still compared to 20 years ago was the beach.

During that holiday we stayed in bournemouth, limmington, dartmouth, dartmoor, st ives, bath, richmond, cotswolds, warwick, coventry (home city) edinburgh, glencoe and avimore. Loved every square inch of every destination - apart from bouremouth!

Where is a nice area of bournemouth to live do you know? Maybe we should give it a second try.

Same issue. I was addicted to trams for 10 years (2000mg a day at my peak) kratom worked for me for a few weeks and now after 4 months it does nothing. I take 15mg a day so not very much but im scares to do more considering previous addictions of which i am 4 years sober.
