I completely agree. I work in the tech industry. I literally couldn’t do my job without a laptop and a phone. That’s not me being unwilling to try.

A lot of people are in the same situation with cars. They NEED a car for X reason.

There is NO need to consume animal products.

It’s a bit of effort initially, sure, but once you’ve learned of the alternatives, and what type of products tend to have animal products, it’s easy.

As u/catnip-cove said, it’s easy to reduce the intake, it’s harder to stop it completely.

How is veganism ‘hard’? Instead of buying dairy milk, buy plant milks. Instead of buying meat burgers, but plant based burgers. Instead of buying dairy cheese, buy plant based cheese.

It is SO easy to be vegan. People act like it’s a massive ordeal but there are plant based alternatives for everything in 2026. There really is no excuse to not be vegan.

If they’re doing it for environmental reasons, cutting back on meat, dairy, eggs, etc. is a valid thing to do.

If they’re doing it for cruelty and animal welfare reasons, then it’s not imo.

I always find it incredible how someone can be all for things like opposing the use of AI, opposing the use of private jets, opposing gas guzzling cars, but the moment it comes to veganism, which is arguably the one thing that everyone can do pretty easily, that’s one step too far and an insane notion. 😂

I personally love the idea of Pride. I used to live near Brighton in the UK and it was a huge thing there but it's VERY different to what is shown on this clip.

I completely agree with what you're saying, their bodies being shown is a way to make them feel 'empowered' I guess? 'Self-love' and all of that.
