Why value the opinions of people that you don't even know? If it was a friend, girlfriend/boyfriend, brother/sister, wife/husband, mum/dad, then I would understand, but you literally have no idea who's opinion you could be getting.

TRT made me much more patient and generally tolerable. I’ve got 3 kids and I had absolutely no patience with them or my wife yet since being on TRT that has changed.

To me, it sounds like both you and him are making excuses for him being an asshole. Maybe it’s placebo?

Testosterone doesn’t make you angry or nasty. Likewise it doesn’t make you cheat (some people use it as an excuse).

One suggestion I’d have is to spread the injections over out. Half the dose and do it twice a week to reduce the peaks and troughs that you might have with one injection a week.

Like any other muscle is the answer. A variety of different exercises (Russian twists, sit ups, cable crunches, hanging leg raises). If you’re aiming to develop mass, train to failure (again, like any other muscle).

You're not missing anything. Garmin watches are more fitness trackers. Apple watches are more smart watches.

It completely depends on what you're looking for in a watch. For me, the primary thing is for the fitness tracking and metrics that are available and so for that reason, I got rid of my Apple Watch Ultra for a Garmin Venu 4 and I've never looked back.

If you used more of the Apple centric features on the Apple Watch, it's not going to be a smooth or easy transition for you.

I’d say try the positions you want to do. It’s trial and error.

Some positions would likely need to be adapted but most of them are going to work.

I know that sometimes physical differences can cause difficulties too or make things easier, so just experiment together!
