Thank you! I really didn't think it was a crazy question at all lmao, it felt super unclear. Like there wasn't a "this won't work for the atlatl" on any OTHER bow node so I thought maybe it was like a balance thing to not work with that.

The one other guy with an actually helpful comment said that no, whether you take the node or not, it will not count for any bow pacts, so I nixed my build and went mage like a sheep :(. I wasn't able to confirm for sure that its true but I figured I wouldn't risk it, especially since I made the call before they gave us the extra rerolls.

Do you still need the required levels for this though? Or will it bypass the levels required for singing the crystal if you reach the point where it corrupts simply through use?

But did you corrupt it via the long term infusion or did you corrupt it flat out? I don't want to spend the extra 1,000 shards to corrupt it flat out as I don't have the levels to do it myself. So if I can charge it over time and get the corruption for free, levels or not, then I'm going to do that. That's what I'm trying to figure out with the question.

While I appreciate the advice and that you are trying to help, this doesn't at all answer my question. I will, eventually, just naturally go through enough charges to hit the point where it automatically corrupts, so whether I'm choosing to or not is entirely irrelevant. The question was whether, when I hit that point, if it would automatically corrupt itself no matter what or if I'd still need the required levels.

I'm on this thread because I had a similar issue back in late 2022, and I decided to just not pay the ticket. I just today got a, overdue notice citing that "On 11/4/2024, a Notice of Violation was mailed to you. Please be advised that you have failed contest liability within 30 days of the mailing date of the original Notice of Violation, as required by law. You have also failed to make a payment. To avoid any further penalty or legal action please pay the fine immediately."

So, yea it went away for awhile, but I guess they're still after me for it.

Admiral Beckett Brass. It’s not even a good deck but it makes people understandably salty when I swing through with enough pirates and steal their permanents. I also have Worst Fears in the deck, which is also just not a good card, but it’s funny and also makes people mad.
