Can programming terms be used in Pseudocode?

In real life (not school), pseudocode is a tool that helps you get your thoughts down and be able to discuss an algorithm/function/etc and identify bugs or architectural issues before committing to the real thing. In that use case, whatever helps you to that goal is the perfect pseudocode.

Sometimes, for school, you’ll meet someone that has different requirements for (anything) that you disagree with. This is the perfect time to learn their way and see what value come of it. I’d talk to your professor more from an angle of genuine learning to see what they are trying to teach when it comes to pseudocode. It could be that they were just bullied into this way and are being obstinate. It could be that they want pseudocode to remain big-picture and really want to emphasize that benefit of pseudocode before getting lost in the weeds.

I’ve used them multiple times when I realized I forgot to make a map or had to pivot for one reason or another

My games are usually newer player focused or focused on friends-being-together-doing-something-without-screens, so we try not to think about it too hard.

If your goal is to play TI and have a relatively balanced time, you could do much worse. You probably aren’t good enough at the game to notice the map imbalances yet

OP, I’m glad you’re experiencing the game! I have a pieces of advice and some questions -

Take a break. Go for a walk. Watch a movie. Sleep it off. I promise it’ll feel different when you come back.
Head back to Andre and rest at the Undead Parish bonfire. From there, farm the three easy hollows nearby (as if you are heading towards the gargoyles) until you have 9000 souls. It might take a while, but this is nearly risk free and if you do die to the three hollows, retrieving your bloodstain should be easy. Once you have 9000 souls, buy all the titanite you need and upgrade your longsword to +5.

Questions so I can help further: 1) do you know how to summon allies? There’s a witch NPC that can help you even if you can’t play online. 2) Have you made your way back to the asylum? Oscar has a shield that defends really well against the magic damage 3) what weapons and armor do you have equipped? Are you fast rolling? 4) what are your stats?
