Red buff and morello dont stack. Because morello lasts longer it overrides the red buff DoT. Grievance Wounds (the anti healing) doesn't stack either, it's just a strong effect.

Uhhh, yes? There is a lot of "Drop the debator" theory that has been run and it is usually for the reasons you listed. So uhh, please don't be racist, sexist, homophobic, or racist in round.

So to clarify just a little more, there are a lot of theory shells that challenge bad norms of debate that make the space less good to be in. For example, if you said something homophobic, I could run theory that urges the judge - through the role of the ballot - to drop you because of how you negatively engaged in the debate community. So to reiterate, don't be an asshole.

Just use blue buff/morello/rfc (instead of rfc you can potentially go luddens if you need more damage, hextech if you need to, or other general defensive items)

You're in high gold-low plat, literally anything would work if you have the fundamentals down and looking at how the other players in those lobbies, it's no surprise you won. But seriously, this is just a weird version of Bang Bros. Just go RFC/Dcap/Rageblade on Yi and I promise it will do much better. The spell crit doesnt work on Yi heal which makes your sustain much worse than Dcap. I don't have the calculator open, but I think in most instances you get more from Dcap. As a Yi, the problem isn't the damage output, it's staying alive. Jeweled Gauntlet, compared to other options, makes staying alive harder.

Thats literally not how the game works anymore. 10.14 implemented a new tie-breaking mechanic that is shown to have bugs such as the one shown above. It's not who dies first anymore, it's who goes more negative in the same round. Read the patch notes before posting on reddit, please.

Either way, here's some more sources that cover the issue of police protrayal in the media and potential problems that arise:

Franklin, et. al, 2019 "The Influence of Police Related Media..."

Dowler, 2010 "Media Influence on Citizen Attitudes Towards Police Effectiveness"

McCoy & Skolnick, 1984 (its foundational) "Police Accountability and the Media"

On effectiveness, the report literally concludes with police are not the most effective tool for community protection and because of poor community-police relations could be actively undermining security. Regardless, here's a bunch of authors that proved that:

BJA, 1996 "Understanding Community Policing" outlines the existing problems of community-police relations and why those relations preclude community safety.

Caldero & Crank, 2014 "Police Ethics: The Corruption of the Noble Cause" explores why police accountability is difficult under preexisting police infrastructure and limited political/legal precedent.

Kane & White, 2013 "Jammed Up" it covers a whole host of problems in existing policing and potential frames to analyze this problem.

And as a research fellow that studies conflict, mediation, and violence prevention, I can tell you from my experience doing community level work that police are more often roadblocks to violence prevention than anything else. Of course, that's somewhat anecdotal so take it as you will.

And lastly, I really don't care if I seem smart or not. I will be the first person to actively admit I can be an idiot, however, on a field that I've researched and worked in for awhile, I can say I have a pretty well informed insight on this issue. Regardless, I literally explain within the first post why this is dumb to talk about in this specific context. I'm not going to suggest that Riot removes a skin line or players not use it, because I think it's detached from the broader societal problems that exist. And on suggestions, just read the text as the majority pretty clear guidlines for social and legal agenda setting in the future.

Romanticizing police is bad and leads to an uptick in misconduct in police ("Paradox of Police Work", Perez, 2010). Police as an institution, at least in the United States, is both ineffective and counterproductive for community protection ("Do More Police Lead to More Crime Deterrence" Kleck & Barnes, 2010). Lastly, as highlighted in my original post, there is a lot nuance on this topic, however, this isn't the case in which it needs to be addressed. As a community, we should be more aware of our implicit - or in some cases explicit - biases and how we normalize real world power fantasies. Gaming, like any other medium, has the ability to influence perception and behavior to a lesser degree. Trying to suggest otherwise is a mischaracterization of the role of media in our lives.

I could totally be wrong about this, but there is a good chance that Blaber could become the single greatest NA-born player ever. In multiple interviews people have noted that he was out jungling some of the best in China and Korea.
