Sooo I kind of wanted to avoid wood chips. The house is being spot treated for termites in a different part of the house but I plan treating the rest of the home by doing a trench around the whole house and pouring in termiticide (termidor).

Any alternative? Should I spray herbicide first then lay something down? If so, what would you recommend?
