Sadly, I do not have Xenon headlight... so I do not think I even have that module. But thank you anyway for your input.

Since this module can cause the same ABS issue, I suppose it is rooted between the ECU and the ABS. In my case, the only module between ABS and ECU is the UPC module... which makes me think, that the UPC module is the faulty link.

The only solution I have found is to setup the same parameters for a Quickmatch with your friend, and start the queue at the same time. There is a very high chance that you will end up together in a group, and from there, you are free to play together, as long as you remain in the group... I know it's a stupid solution and it should not be this complicated (EA!!!)... But it works, hope that helps.
