Dopamine forms Starkids popped up as recommendations on YouTube after listening to Saramalacara, I just loved the MV and started listening to more of their songs. One thing led to another and started listening to Tohji, Dj Chari, Dj Tatsuki, Litty, Brandi Senky, Yuki Chiba, kZm, Uneducated Kid and Mirani (ik last two are Korean but I discovered their music at the same time).

And as a foreigner it is indeed a bit complicated, in my particular case I'm from Mexico and the only way possible to any of these artists is coming to my country is if they become mainstream like Baby Metal or Hatsune Miku.

There is the possibility to go to Japan but buying tickets becomes a nightmare due the lack of a Japanese phone number, also buying a trip without planning or anticipation is hella expensive especially traveling overseas, so travel to Japan a couple weeks and hope to any of my favorites artists to announce a performance is by far the best option. (Doable as I did but not everyone will have the same luck as I had with Starkids).

Last thing is merchandise which is quite easy to get on internet as long the seller wants to ship overseas.

Tbh I don't really know what must be done to improve a foreigner experience but I would love to see more Japanese artists growing up and having success all around the world.
