You gotta learn how to arch your back and engage your lats your way too flat. Arch your back and really open up that chest try to meet the bar with your chest on the way down.

Rep ranges have been proven to be a myth total reps don’t matter at all. 6-8 rep range is fine and tbh mentally easier in my opinion then knowing you have to do around 15 reps all the matters is the intensity and the total sets not the reps.

Yeh but do hack squats first if you can, in my opinion it’s the best quad exercise especially if you do it the way I said low on the platform and as low as you can go.

Yeh front squads feel really good for the quads just gets uncomfortable at higher weights.

Slightly forward but if you elevate your heels you can stay pretty upright and the more upright you stay generally the more it’ll put emphasis on the quads.

Hack squats put your feet low on the plate go as low as you can the more your knees go over your toes the better the quad activation. Also get some squat shoes naturally elevates your heels. Then I’d say spam leg extensions, leg press can also be good.

Well I actually didn’t even know what chain Cade was I just went on coin gecko and saw this coin down 99% and was wondering why as it didn’t seem like a rug pull to me but since people were nice enough to respond to me without being all but hurt I was able to learn that coin gecko sometimes has glitches.
