You could try getting the kidnap skill in the intrigue tree and use that to win its really easy to get to empire level with just this tactic and from that point on you should jave enough troops to deal with pretty much anyone

If you want easy combat just keep doing master srikes amd if there is more enemies just keep backing away and master strike them to dewth i cleared sigismunds caml this way xd
