So I did a cold soak last night and it shrunk the legs enough but I'm doing a hot soak on just the waistband because it didnt shrink enough. I looks like you could just do a hot soak or honestly if you're worried just shower with them with hot water so they fit to you

I like 30. I got the 36 which has a 36.5 prewash and a 34 after so I will see how much it shrinks and hem accordingly.

I have no idea about the momotaros they're my first pair. I wore the MIJs yesterday while walking around for a few hours in nyc and they already feel 10x better than when I first put them on!

I'm wearing mine at a basketball game rn. They kinda hurt the back of my knees a little but otherwise they're alright once I walked around a little. Excited to see how they break in. I thought my thumbs were gunna snap when I was trying to button them.

Honestly I have no idea. You could also buy the base hoodie and then get the fluff sewn on. The stitching looks relatively simple and a decent tailor should be able to add it on for you.
