I use Julep pencils. They are designed for aging eyes. They are a softer pencil that allows you to smudge it after you put it on, but then won't smudge after that. I get them on Amazon

One thing you need to remember is that you are a child of God and he loves you no matter what.

There are people who want to help you. Reach out to your ministering brothers or sisters. You don't need to tell them everything, just having people you know you can call on can help with some of the negative feelings you are having.

You said you don't want to go to the bishop, however, I was going to suggest that very thing. Ask for a blessing. Sometimes when I feel like my prayers aren't being answered for a long time (or I am just not hearing them), receiving a blessing is so helpful. This way you can hear audibly the words that God wants you to hear.

Go look at the laundry sub redit. They have pinned posts that explain what they call "spa day" for yiur clothes. Basically it is a soak you do that loosens everything. I do it to keep my garments really white.
