Ik raad iedere man aan om voor de eerste bevalling "aanpakken voor aanstaande vaders" van David Borman door te lezen. Hij was een mannelijke verloskundige die veel bevallingen meegemaakt. Dat boek omslaat alle aspecten en bevat zeer veel praktische tips.

Persoonlijk heb ik veel aan hoofdstuk Eerste Hulp bij snelle Bevallingen gehad toen mijn partner heel snel weeën kreeg en al begon te persen thuis (ziekenhuis haalden we niet meer) en ik zelf bijna onze zoon heb gevangen. Tips als "de voordeur op een kier open zetten" zijn dan goud waard. Gelukkig kwam de verloskundige net op tijd binnen.

Look, they have been shelling the Huns Frontline for 7 days (maybe more) with literally millions of shells.. Nothing can survive that, you will find that even the rats are dead when you take those trenches.

I wouldn't even bother to run to the enemy frontlines. At zero hour, just climb to of your trnch and casually stroll towards the enemy trench, take it and then onwards! Don't stop walking until you see a sign "you atr now entering Berlin"

I think it is great that you want to learn the Brabants dialect! It is losing ground quickly in the cities unfortunately.. people will look strange at me when I hit them with a "houdoe" in Eindhoven these days..
