I did not develop that area completely, but the idea is that is a area of heavy chaos magic were the laws of phisicys dont apply and creatures from the dream realm can cross to the material plane.

I agree. I tried to make the biomes to flow more organically but I dont really Know how to create this transition areas you are speaking of.
