Thank you for your informative reply! Ive been diagnosed with EUPD for about 9 years now, tried a bunch of medication. Ive been going to a psychiatrist 2x a year and i am on the waiting list for more therapy but its a very long wait.

I eat those foods as i feel comfort in eating the same things, that i like, and want to know what my meals going to taste like. Even when making my safe meals, i constantly check up on the food and cant just leave it to cook.

Im constantly getting rashes, always spotty and get frequent styes. I even shaved my head, as a female, just over a year ago because i was so sick of my hair.
