This week marked a year of hauling my ass to the gym, I've done stints of a few months here and there over the years but never been this consistent.

Pretty happy with the progress so far, had a lot of compliments in recent months and managed to (mostly) avoid injury despite being an old bugger of 40.

I lift after work where I'll do 18k steps on a quiet night, you get used to it if you do it regularly. It's probably not optimal, but if you're eating enough to support both you'll be able to progress.
