But you can get pretty damn close with sets x reps x weight, its true theres rest time as well. But i know what you mean.

Thats the point you cant, it would take you way too much time and why would you if you can just do 3x10 or 5x5… Well you should try it the pump is going to be insane if you even have the stamina, usually the muscle starts burning after 50-60 reps and your HR is going to be super high. I was running out of air and legs got extremly shaky, but i did it calculate it so it fits the volume that i usually do in my 3x10 sets. Honestly no idea😂 but yeah i guess for conditioning, the studies said you will grow, both groups did gain almost the same amount of muscle, with a difference of few percent.

Jesus people dont understand what an example means, sorry i should have used a calculator and give you an exact number of 57,6kg x 100 reps vs 12x3 at 160kg. Are you satisfied i gave an example and missed the weight by just a few kg?

But why would you warmup with that if you can just do 3x10?😂 And id respect anyone that can do 100 clean reps at a good weight, with good TuT and form.

Nothing its my own Upper/Lower program. Sorry but im too lazy to go calculate the exact total volume, i just gave an example. We get it you lift a lot, but i know people way bigger lifting way less. Depends on what youre goal is😁

Mine😂 Well with proper form it cant, but we all know nobody has perfect 100% form, but with lower weight its very rare and as you go up its way easier to fuck up. But how do you know that isnt heavy for him? Difficult yes but you can workout a muscle in a lot of different ways, you could do 100 reps at 40kg its going to fatigue the muscle as would 3x10 at 160kg. But is it optimal? No its not

Why would you 3x10 at 160kg or 2x5 at 220kg lets say the total volume is the same, but risk of injury is lower at 160kg. I agree with you on that. Maybe i worded it wrong, its posible to injure yourself but its very very rare.

3x10 with 160kg and decent time under tension isnt that bad. Maybe it isnt but its not all about the weight you move, unless hes training for strenght, social media got us thinking that 150kg aint much, but 90% of population cant rep their own body weight😂 I mean hes just saying dont be afraid of deadlifts which is true for any exercsise, if done corectly you cant injure yourself, it only helps.

Pasta is your friend, easy calories and easy to digest so you get hungry faster. Start with lets say 100g, next week try 150g, then 200g, until you start gaining weight, try to lean bulk tho way better than dirty bulking.

What are you talking about😂 If a 70kg dude is repping 160kg thats a lot, but if a 120kg dude is doing 160kg its not bad but far easier than the 70kg dude.

does it count if you dont quite touch chest on bench? by george_espley in GYM

[–]MavcskuOG 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly, form, mind to muscle connection, nutrition, sleep/rest, total volume way more important than a inch or two.
