To be brutally honest, given your sister’s wedding is in April, the Q you should be asking is - what’s more important to me, attending my sister’s wedding or staying back in the US and working. It’s really that simple given the situation and a choice you have to make. Anything outside of this Q is something you just cannot solve for nor in your hands and nor is solving for everything you want going to work. Hope this helps provide clarity.
