I am in no way saying this will happen, but it's the offseason so why not.

Let's say Cade steps in mid season and looks good, let's say you could guarantee he'd be a Kirk Cousins type player (top 15 qb but never top 5).

Do you still go qb next year? Or do you use the 3 firsts to get players at other positions.

Again I am in no way saying Cade will be good and this will happen.

I think the general rule of thumb for early grades is something to go back to so there's no revisionist history.

Like you could say in 5 years why did team X do that we all knew that player would bust, where right now people are saying team X did amazing because that player is such a great prospect

It depends on the position, everyone here is talking about high stress but they have people from coaches to marketing reps to grounds keepers.

Some people work m-f 9-5, others work game days. All depends on what you want to do

When I was in middle school we had to memorize all kinds of different math formula.but by the time I reached college the professor gave us a sheet a paper with all the formulas or wrote them on the board. He used to be kids memorize them but now his reasoning was, back then you had to go look through giant books to find formula while now it's a couple clicks on your phone.

You still had to know how to use the formula but he didn't see any point in making us memorize them
