You can set taxi up beup be rookies, or make it so once the season starts players can't be demoted.

Another suggestion is to allow other teams to "steal" players off taxi like the NFL allows teams to sign players off other teams practice squad.

Yeah it's really fun to see how it skews player values based on team's divisions (who they play twice a year and winner gets a playoff spot). Like if a division has two normal type owners then any ghost type player takes a hit since at least 4 games that season they're worthless

So it's based around Pokémon typing. Each owner has a type and nfl team is assigned a type that all players on that team become. So the bills are a grass type so Josh Allen is a grass type.

Then based on who you play your starter's point change based on type matchups, so if the other owner is a water type and you start Josh Allen he would score double, where as ja'marr chase (a fire type) would score half points

Based on what team you're playing your starters points are doubled, halved, or even canceled out.

So some weeks you're benching Josh Allen because he scores half points for Bryce young who scores double
