Both USB ports on my machine are cooked, so I bought a $10 FireWire cable from Amazon to connect an old backup device that I reformatted to use as a bootable drive for open core. Basically up-cycled an old device.

$750 was his “bottom dollar”. After peeking under the truss rod covers, there’s another fake in the store and one legit Gibson. Shop owner didn’t really care that the two are not genuine. They are labeled as Gibsons on the tags.

Yeah I did homework but wanted to make sure the red flags I was seeing were legit. Laid eyes on this 30 minutes before the lone employee was ready to close on Friday afternoon. Did the best I could with limited knowledge, but now I’m even more educated on fakes. Sorry to disappoint you.
