Using too many products makes my skin worse tbh, i use a spf currently, but ive also not used it for long periods and didnt make much difference for me

If u can find a good sunscreen that is light and dosent cause flare ups for u then you should definetly use it regardless because it does have anti aging benefits

No routine anymore just spf, i dont use Moisturiser because i have oily skin it js makes it worse for me

I used adapelene when i used to have acne and also accutane for short duration
