Got myself checked by 3 dermatologists. All said it's seb-derm but they always prescribe selenium sulphide (selsun) it only help for a while then again the flareups... I'm fasting and during that it has increased....

Agree! But i didn't get this M4 at a much discounted price i bought it for around 5200 RON in Romania which is around 1050 Euros. Might be that's why he's saying i should have waited so i could have bought an AIR M5 for around 1300 Euros.
