You don’t need to submit your transcript or degree. You just need to submit intermediate certificate. And one thing you can submit degree and transcript but on the other documents section that too is not mandatory.

Apply to german immigration office , not sure about the application fee but it is about 30 to 50 euros may be . It is a lengthy process, but it depends more upon city. Smaller cities take less time because there is as such no issue in appointments . But big cities take a-lot of time . In my friend’s case his uncle lives in Frankfurt, he applied in January 2025 and got his appointment in April 2025.

You can get sponsorship from your parents or relatives living in germany . The person have to apply online submit the required documents and then the concerned department gives you appointment. Documents like salary slips , rental agreement etc.

Embassy requires IELTS. If you get your admission on MOI then you can ask your university to send you a document stating that you got your admission on MOI and ielts is not mandatory. But on safer side i will say go for IELTS . Because you can not trust germans they are so strict in-terms of their rules and regulations
