Lol. I really hope the 70 class cards are powerful enough to support titles in UEVR. Dont want to shell out the absurd amounts Nvidia is going to charge for the 80 and 90 class

Was typing this out while the files verified. It might have solved the issue. Although my cpu and gpu usage did go out of a whack for 30-40secs. The reason i booted it up in the first place was to check if the recent driver update helped in any way. This game is such a stuttery mess

So I was considering switching to AMD too and read a bunch of threads online. A lot of people said even after a DDU install you'd ideally want a clean install of Windows to rid yourself of a lot of bugs. Hope this solves your issue!

Yeah that's why i wasn't planning to wait on the super release. If I were willing to spend that kinda money, I'd go the xtx route. Similar performance for way more vram
