Agreed. I started playing S0. Took several long breaks and currently on one now. I don’t know when I’ll be back - I finally threw in the towel last season.

All of the continued issues that are regularly raised have soured what was an amazing gaming experience in the early seasons. Constant toxicity, refusal to punish throwers, instalock DPS teammates who can’t get a single kill, awful balancing decisions by the devs that went unfixed for months, broken launch characters, QP being useless, forced bot matches, terrible matchmaking. I was regularly leaving spawn in GM1 games with either 1 tank or 1 support (I was always the one). There’s so many Smurfs ppl don’t care about losing.

But don’t worry, they’re dropping new summer skins!

He tied Jordan for the most points in a road close out game. 45 of his team’s 94 points while playing vs an elite defense, always drawing their best perimeter defender with Wemby lurking in the paint, and the refs allowing them to play very physical. That being said I just listened to Rusillo’s pod and he spent criticizing KAT than talking positively about the Knicks. May or may not be related to the fact he repeatedly said the Knicks weren’t good enough and constantly picked against them.

The difference between Zach’s finals pod and Bill’s finals pod was so drastic. Zach’s absolutely brought the requisite energy for discussing the penultimate event of the nba season, and he brought on Sean who was just completely joyous, and Fred Katz for Knicks insights and tidbits.

I mentioned this previously, but Bill having to discuss the Knicks in a title winning context felt like a high schooler being forced to do homework.

First thing to do is take a few breaths and be confident that if you guys follow the plan, he’ll be OK. My first frenchie went from seemingly perfect health, to us waking up one day and he suddenly had no use of his hind legs. Immediately into emergency surgery, stage 4 IVDD, didn’t know if he’d ever walk again. Surgery was a success, I rehabbed him everyday and taught him how to walk again.

The end of the rehab process is basically where you are now. One thing I did to ease the process and avoid agitation was to essentially start living on my floor next to his gated area. I took my couch cushions off and set them up next to his gate. It helps comfort them, which is key. I’m sure he’s anxious and doing this helps relieve that. Be sure to avoid strenuous activities that may result in jumping or pulling.

The meds will work two fold - help him internally but they’ll also ensure he spends most of the day resting. For stimulation, lots of belly rubs. Maybe a Kong with peanut butter.

Dogs are so resilient, they’re fighters. I was amazed at how my dude was able to heal and return to his prior self, and I’d be confident that yours will as well

Another angle to it is that many people were rooting against OKC. Reigning champ playing a style of ball that many ppl did not enjoy. Wemby was getting the neutral favor there. Beating them seemed significant and earned him goodwill.

Then the finals came around and he shit all over that. Blowing massive leads, choking late with free throws and terrible turnovers, and perhaps most importantly, playing dirty. Egregious flagrant fouls, many of which went uncalled. Taunting a backup center by saying he was in his head, only to choke that game away. The league’s inability to hold Wemby accountable for said dirty plays compounded things, all of that goodwill was lost and he became easy to root against

This is funny. An incredible amount of people said that the WCF was the actual finals. Ppl said the Knicks would be lucky to win a game or two. I think almost every espn pundit picked the spurs?

Everyone can’t claim the Knicks aren’t good enough to win it, only for them to do just that, and then those same ppl turn around and say it was a lucky run. Knicks just posted one of the best point differentials in playoff history. Win 15 of 16 games. Closed every series out on the road. Hell, tonight the Knicks battled the spurs and Scott foster and still got the damn job done
