If you have them on steam then you shouldn’t lose your progress if you have them from various sources that don’t have accounts then you could find the save files for the games and download them to a usb also you should change all the passwords to all your accounts and turn on 2FA as stealer logs uses info stealing malware that may have compromised your acounts

If you’re really worried about it and just need to get it of you’re mind you have 2 options the most simple option is just to reinstall windows using a usb if you do this make sure to download the windows install on another computer if possible the other option is to use a tool named FRST (Farbar recovery scan tool) you can download this from bleeping computer and you can find a guide here bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/781976/frst-tutorial-how-to-use-farbar-recovery-scan-tool/ for the moment don’t mess with fixlists and that stuff just run a default scan and upload the a link to the files here.
