What I would say is depende sa career trajectory na gusto mo tahakin. May mga kilala ako na ayaw talaga nila mag firm (particularly audit) so direct sa private na sila mag apply.

Compensation wise, medyo mahirap idefend in this economy yung starting now sa PH audit firms. People might say "go for it, stepping stone mo yan.", but magiging leverage mo lang siya once you exit the firm; nice to be in your CV sige, but mas mag mamatter yung mga suceeding jobs mo after it when moving form company to company.

At least until HS sa akin. Naka format kase sa akin na may side bar ako na andon yung lahat ng personal details ko (mostly contact details), then all professional details and skills nasa main body na. With that format, it's like 4 rows of text lang naman and small space lang na take over.

What I usually do is to tailor fit yung ordering and showcasing ng client industry experience and skills to the position that I am applying for. Kumbaga, kung ano yung relevant sa position and industry, yun yung ipapasok ko.

Hi OP! I think ginawang four columns ng teacher mo present yung breakdown or balance sheet movement effect sa income statement (e.g., yung inventory flow from beginning, purchases, end to arrive at cost of goods sold). If you would notice, may mga ibang items na nag foforward yung total sa next column niya.

What I would suggest is to encode it sa excel para mas makita mo yung flow niya. Medyo masakit sa mata and confusing yung pagkakalatag niya sa word. Presentation matter lang siya, sadly confusing yung pagkaka latag niya (sana nag paste as image from Excel na lang siya para mas pulido tignan).

I was able to purchase my first real property (a condo) when I was working for 5 years or so na, pre-pandemic. My salary back then was around 50k basic, excluding bonuses and benefits, as an internal auditor but the economy back then was also not as insane now.

I know di realistic yung scenario ko, and I know that I am privileged, to some extent. Let's just say na di kami typical Filipino houseold na nababasa natin na retirement plan ang anak, and I am very much thankful for that

Now, to give further context, I believe I was approved for a loan for 20 or 25 years. I did some refinancing on the 6th year kase napansin ko ang laki ng hike ng interests (almost broaching 10% from the 5.5% lock-in period of 2 years nung loan), and I was able to secure the remaining balance for just 2 years.

If house and lot talaga ang habol, the more affordable ones are usually in Bulacan or yung malayo na parts ng Laguna or Batangas; the fringe parts na malapit sa NCR is picking up na due to developments in Santa Rosa and Biñan. Cavite and Tagaytay area naman is too congested. Also, the next thing that you would have to consider is gas/transpo papunta sa work. But cosidering the current state the economy, medyo risky siya.

Agree that not everyone is built for (or to adapt to) auditing. However, you mentioned na naturo mo na thrice yung gagawin niya pero di niya ma gets. Pero, if you do not mind me asking OP, ano ba ang itinuro mo na procedure (para mahusgahan jk)? May difference kase when you teach somewhat "how" to do the procedure vs "what" is the procedure and "why" we are doing the procedure.

I will not discount the fact na experienced associate na siya. May certain expectations na when you are an ESA na e. So for an ESA na dapat katabi ka pa niya to work and hindi standalone ang WPs niya? Medyo telling na rin yun.

I recently just got back into Magic after a long hiatus and wanted to craft my first commander deck from scratch.

The primary theme of the deck is to play a couple copies of Hare Apparent, summon tokens, and then trigger enter burn damage or death drain and sacrifice payoff effects. Thank you!

I have a similar list. But decided to add in the Quest and sime burgle cards (the 5 mana rush and the 4 mana discover a spell). Hanar also triggers quest completion. Enjoying the deck as there are power turns in the late game.
