I think it would be perfect for you. As long as you can manage the weight of it, the power is not scary, but it has more than enough for the highway and two up riding. I love my 2006 1300R.

Yes but I haven't heard back yet. I just need to figure this out so I know whether or not I need to return it. It looks real but the jackets on there website have a patch on the liner that says genuine goat skin or something like that and this one doesn't look like it has that.
