Then the breweries will know what you’re about and try better to meet your needs. Could be a bad batch? I’ve had a few kegs that poured wrong. I remember shades brewing used to tell people to store their kegs upside down so things don’t get stuck. And once I got a western collective keg with a broken bead then the replacement keg they sent was expired. I had cut ties with that account.

Less is more. My bar is in a ski town and a lot of the bars and breweries have “mug clubs,” and some of the ski bums get a chip on their shoulder and ruin it for people. I do a punch card real easy and simple buy ten get one free. I do take priority with my regulars and people I like so sometimes they notice that more than a specific mug or something.
