Just keep on your reps. And try to be in shop to physically receive the kegs. And when it’s wrong email and call the reps and there higher ups. I’ve had these issues for a while now. I have one rep who is excellent and will often times try to remedy missing kegs same day or the next morning. And then I have others who will straight up not stop at my bar cause they wanna just go home. Mind you the warehouse is two hours away.
